Sarah Masci is the CEO and founder Day Rate Mastery®, an online company that teaches creative service providers how to work less, and make more with a streamlined Day Rate or VIP Day business model. Years of running a traditional design business, filled with scope creep, inconsistent timelines and overlapping client projects, eventually resulted in classic burnout– becoming the catalyst that sparked my desire to create a better process. Since its inception in 2019, Day Rate Mastery® has helped thousands of freelancers rediscover joy in their work and the freedom they’d lost along the way.

Customized pre-work:
Each VIP Day is a little different, so on our strategy call, we’ll work together to decide what type of pre-work is needed in order to get you all set up and ready for your clients.
45-min kick-off call with specialist:
Usually 5-7 days before the VIP Day. We’ll use this call to make sure that we’re on the same page with expectations and make sure we’re using our time together effectively.
30 days of post-intensive support:
Use this support period to ask us anything about your day rate installation, setup and tech. This support period does not include additional work or changes.
Access to VIP Day Plug 'n Play™:
That’s right, just because we’re going to install and set up your systems, doesn’t mean we’re withholding all of the highly valuable content that we include in our course when it comes to running a successful VIP Day business! You’ll get full access to our course, but you can just skip the systems module, since we’re handling that piece for you!

Because this is a highly personalized VIP Day offer, we don’t offer a cookie-cutter set of deliverables. We know what works for VIP Days, but we don’t know what the inside of your business looks like. So the first thing we’ll do is hop on a discovery call and assess your current situation, to determine how we can best set you up for success!
We’ll mutually agree on whether this needs to be a 1, 2 or 3-day VIP experience, depending on your needs.
Below you will see an outline of what could be included in up to 3 VIP Day(s). These deliverables can be mixed and matched, depending on what we uncover as your priorities on a discovery call.
Please note, copywriting services are not included, but can be added on.
ONE DAY:
In one day, we can create a simple brand style guide for your VIP Day and set up your streamlined VIP Day Work With Me page on WordPress, using our proven Work With Me page framework. We’ll install one of our conversion-friendly layouts, add copy, branding and images.
TWO DAYS:
In two days, in addition to what we’ve done on day one, we’ll also set up your online scheduling system using Acuity Scheduling. This will include branding, setting up your terms of service, intake form, discovery call and kick-off call links, reminder emails, payment integrations, and calendar integration.
THREE DAYS:
In 3 days, we can do everything from day 1 and day 2, plus we’ll set up your Client Portal with your strategically planned VIP Day pre-work on MemberVault, our preferred platform. We’ll then connect your client portal to your website, your scheduler, and create your on-boarding automations.
Step 1: Book a Discovery Call to chat about your project.
Step 2: Select your VIP Days and book with a 50% deposit.
Step 3: We have our 60-min strategy call to go over your VIP Day offer, your tech stack, and any other pre-work that needs to be completed prior to the VIP Day(s).
Step 4: We have our kick-off call to review all pre-work and set expectations for the VIP Day(s).
Step 5: On the VIP Day, we will get to work setting up and customizing your personalized VIP Day system. You can finally sit back while we’ll handle all the heavy lifting.
Step 6: Upon completion, get 30 days of support where you can ask any questions about the work we have completed for you.
