Hello! My name is Katie and I'm a Certified Online Business Manager and Vetted ClickUp Consultant. I help business owners map out their processes and implement them into ClickUp.
My VIP Day Services
Prior to our VIP Day, you will complete a pre-work questionnaire that will help us start mapping out your workflow. We will start your ClickUp VIP Day with a 90-min Strategy and Mapping Session. Then, I will get to work on setting up your custom Workspace. This includes:
- Setting up the workspace in up to 5 key spaces.
- Up to 5 folders in each space.
- Up to 5 lists in each folder.
- Up to 3 workflows to cover your major operations
- Setting up the automations needed for your workflow.
- Up to 3 customized dashboards for internal CEO and team use.
- Following your VIP Day, there will be a 60-minute recorded turnover call to go over your new ClickUp setup.
- After your 60-minute turnover call, I will make one set of revisions based on your feedback.
- 30 days of post project support via Voxer or Slack/Email.
