All VIP Day Biz Muse Intensives receive 30 days (14 days for Half VIP Day) of post VIP Day support and if we set up a tool I also include video training in my client guide. If you don't learn it you won't use it!

How does the process work?

✨ Step 1 - Process Map
We start by mapping out your VIP Day needs. This gives us an action plan for what needs to be included in your setup. This also serves as a reference for you (and/or your staff).

✨Step 2 - Pre VIP Day Prep Work
I'll invite you to my Biz Muse Intensive Client Guide and project tools. The client guide will give you all the details for each step of our journey together. You will have clear directions for what information and assets I'll need to support your setup.

✨Step 3 - VIP Day (Biz Muse Intensive)
Your VIP Day(s) is here! For the most part I am doing all the heavy lifting. We will connect during the day via Slack. However, you do not need to be chained to your laptop. I will need you to be available to respond in Slack (via text or voice) as I message you throughout the day to answer questions or give feedback. A delay of a few minutes in your response is not a big deal. But keep in mind the quicker you are able to respond the more I get done - Woot!

✨Step 4 - Walkthrough of buildout & testing
You will receive a record a walkthrough video of your setup after the VIP Day is complete. The first week after your setup will be a testing period for you to test what I have built. I will do my own round of testing as well. We want to make sure your setup or automations are all working as expected and adjust where needed during your support period.

✨Step 5 - Training (if we set up a tool) and Post VIP Day Support Period
You'll have 30 days (14 days for Half VIP Day) of support following your Intensive Day(s) via Slack. This support period will cover questions and small tweaks to your setup.
If we set up a tool, 1-2 weeks after your Intensive we will have a 1 hour training call over zoom (recorded for your future reference.) This will allow you some time to use your setup a bit and watch the additional training videos provided. We will use this time to go over anything that is still unclear to you regarding your setup and/or functionality in your specific tool.
