STEP ONE: PRE-BOOKING
Send us your ideas and goals for your day via our application form and we’ll let you know what’s possible (and if it’ll require a half-day, full-day, or multiple VIP Days). We’ll also let you know what available dates we have to give you an idea of when your project can start.

STEP TWO: BOOK YOUR DAY
Once we have a game plan in place, you’ll choose your date from our calendar, receive your detailed proposal, sign the contract, and pay your deposit. Your completed payment is due before the day starts — this reserves your date on our calendar (VIP Days are first come first serve).

STEP THREE: PREP-WORK
We’ll send you a link to your client portal and you’ll send us your VIP Day priority list. Inside your portal, you’ll find and complete your personalized prep work, upload any copy, inspiration, ideas images and or files we may need before our day together.

STEP FOUR: STRATEGY
With completed prep work in hand, you’ll schedule your project kickoff call and strategy session up to one week before your scheduled intensive. During this call, we’ll craft a detailed action plan for your day, get clear on priorities, and create a list of “extras” we can work on if your must-haves get done early.

STEP FIVE: VIP DAY
You do your thing and we’ll do ours—but we’ll need you available via email or Voxer for feedback, questions, and design approvals. You’ll have complete access to us from 10 AM - 5 PM Pacific and will be our only client that day (meaning you get all of our tender love and care).

STEP SIX: GET YOUR FILES
All of your files will be delivered the following business day. We need 12-24 hours to export and organize so that everything is ready to be implemented the moment you receive it. You’ll have 30 days of email support
