1. Confirm the Date and pay your deposit
We will book your VIP during your clarity call

Ensure that you give yourself time to do the prep work beforehand.

You’ll need to be virtually “available” that day in order to provide feedback as I work through your list of requests.

I offer Full Day Wordpress VIP Days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Half-Days are available Tuesday - Friday

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your VIP Day. Full Payment must be received prior to your confirmed date.

2. Get Prepared

To work on your WordPress site I will need administrator access. To create a user for me go to your WordPress Dashboard, go to Users and create a user with my email [email protected]. You can remove me as a user at the end of the day

If you need assistance with your hosting or DNS or email then I will need a login for those too.

I will provide you with a client portal to list all the tasks that you would like me to do. The more information I have to work with, the less time I will need to spend asking for clarification.

Any content that you would like added to the site or any content edited, please make sure that's ready to go on the day. Whilst I can edit your copy for on-page SEO, I am not a copywriter.

3. On the Day

On the morning of your intensive, meet me for a Zoom meeting or in-person to discuss the day and your desired outcome.

At the end of the day, we have another Zoom meeting where we go through everything that has been achieved and I can provide you with training on anything you need help with.
