Your booking will be scheduled once you fill out the intake form, agree to the terms & conditions and pay in full.

✷ PREP WORK & KICK-OFF CALL
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a welcome email from me where you’ll find all the info about how to complete your prep work and be prompted to schedule a kick-off call.
You’ll want to complete your prep work before our call so we can fill in any missing pieces together and thus be as efficient as possible during your VIP Day.

✷ YOUR VIP DAY!
On the big day, we’ll communicate through the messaging service of your choice.
While it can be a collaborative day, depending on what we're working on, it is NOT an in-person or Zoom meeting – it doesn’t matter to me where you are, or whether you’re even wearing pants!

✷ POST VIP DAY SUPPORT
I want to make sure that you feel empowered to use or update anything we have newly implemented or overhauled.
After we’ve completed our day together, you’ll have 30 days of email and message support on anything related to the work we did during your VIP Day.
