My VIP Day Services
The brand design VIP Day is for a client who wants to create or revise their current branding either for a personal brand or a business.
This would be for you if you are newly starting with branding, or have some ideas on what you want to create as your brand, or want to revise a current brand.
1. Project kick off strategy call to outline your goals and set priorities.
2. Project workbook to outline your ideas, information, messaging, plans, and notes.
3. Private learning and resource portal to create your brand mood board and walk through the branding process. Plus guides, checklists and help to know how and where to use your brand after!
4. One VIP Day to create your: color pallet, fonts, logo suite, any brand elements, and brand board. Depending on work flow, may also include creation of social media images.
5. Thirty days of email support after the VIP Day.
Full day
A website design is for the client looking to create or refresh their website and establish an online presence that meets their goals.
Developed in WordPress, new sites include site design and brand installation, a minimum of 3 site pages, and plugins for functionality.
Depending on your goals, we can prioritize how the site will function for you. Success in getting your site working well is in the preparation in your Workbook. Most developed sites with email connectivity and landing pages do require 2 VIP Days scheduled.
Already have a site and want to make it over? This day is for you also. With a website VIP Day we can add a new design to your site to update it, and based on your priorities, revise and copy, update photos, connect your opt in and other tasks you want to focus on.
Website VIP Days include:
1. Project kick off strategy call to outline your goals and set priorities.
2. Project workbook to outline your ideas, information, messaging, plans, and notes.
3. Private learning and resource portal to prepare for your website day(s). Plus guides, checklists and help to know how to use the site after.!

A VIP Day is the perfect way to develop your branding or website because I know you want to feel organized and professional in your business, and check this off your to do list.
With a VIP Day you get:
A discovery call to outline your priorities and identify which services you are looking for at this time.
A project kick off call to prepare and answer questions. This will make sure we are prepared for our day together.
Focused time dedicated to only your project so we can get done what you need.
A detailed workbook we share for you to describe your brand or website in detail. This will be our working document so we are on the same page about your project. You keep it after so all your notes and information are in one place.
A resource library so you can learn all you need to use your brand and be able to edit your website all by yourself.
Thirty days of email follow up support for any outstanding questions and help.
In one day:
A branding package to clarify your message, visuals, and online presence. Brand design includes color pallet, logo design, and elements to create your business or personal brand. Depending on response time and decision making, this can include: Selection of color palette; Logo Design; Brand board/style guide; Social Media assets.
OR
Website design which is a WordPress.org self-hosted site based on your business priorities and services. Depending on response time and decision making, this can include: Web site theme and branding install on the site; 3 pages for a website or more.
In two VIP days:
In addition to the website first day, additional pages can be built on the site, for a total of approximately 5-7 pages for a website and may include opt in forms and email connectivity and potentially any additional features for your business.
Note: Unless you are looking for only a simple 3-page website, all website design services require 2 VIP Days for a total of $2000.
1. Book a free discovery call with me to see if we are a good fit to work together on your brand or website. (This is optional but may help you prioritize what you want to get done.)
2. Book your VIP Day and receive resources to prepare your materials.
3. We have a kick off call beforehand to prepare and answer questions.
4. You prepare all of your materials ahead of time.
5. We have your VIP Day to work on your specific priorities. I work only on your project and you receive 30 days of support after.
