My VIP Day Services
At the end of your VIP day, you will know exactly which BI tools your business needs to automate the heck out of your day-to-day reporting. We will free up your time with these tools so you can focus on what you do best - analysis and data-driven decision-making.

We will start the day with a 1-hour discovery call where we dive deep into your business' data needs. We'll discover where all your data lives, who will need to gain access to reporting, which security measures are necessary, how much budget is available for BI tools, and what your KPIs are.

If you wish to go through KPI consulting as well, we will extend that time to 2 hours. I use consulting techniques from my time at Deloitte to help you discover the most important metrics for your business in our session.

We will then go into breakout rooms. Basically, you will break out of the room and introduce me one by one to your software experts.

For example, you need to connect Hubspot for your reporting. This is the time when I will talk for 30-60min to your Hubspot analyst who will walk me through your individual Hubspot setup. The tech walkthrough takes longer the more bespoke your software setup is. Ad networks, for example, only take 15min.

After that intense deep dive, I will write up the best tech stack for you in a PDF document. This will include my recommendations on processes for the best end-to-end reporting setup as well. The document might include more than one good fit.

We will then discuss your options in a final session where you can ask more questions.
