Our VIP days are focused specifically on workplace culture and your employees’ experiences within your organization.

Wanting to take a deep, intensive dive 1:1 with an experienced, award-winning HR practitioner and consultant who can empower you to solve the problem instead of Googling your way to an answer that may or may not work.

Your VIP day is custom to you and we can work on an overall strategy or just the areas of workplace culture and employee experience that you want to focus on.
We’ll take a critical look at your current culture to identify areas that need revision in order to attract and retain the right people. During your VIP day, we’ll use tools like our Culture Canvas© and E3 Model© to ensure you’re getting the right people and keeping them. You’ll walk away with actionable steps of how to improve upon your existing culture.
We’ll also look at the 7 key employee touchpoints that every employee goes through with your company. We’ll put together your customized Fix My Culture© Guide with action plans and changes that need to be made over the next 30, 60 and 90 days.
In addition to the overall strategy pieces, some of our previous clients have wanted to take a deeper dive in certain areas of the employee experience. Your VIP day can include working with you on one to two of those more “in the weeds” topics, too. For example:
We can create a strategy on who to hire, when to hire, and hiring best practices. We can talk about the right interview questions to ask to assess power skills and why training your interviewers is key to success in recruitment.
We can work on how to manage your team and effectively communicate with them. This may also include strategies for navigating conflict.

Every organization is unique. During our kickoff strategy session, I learn more about your distinct challenges and your goals for our VIP experience. We use our proprietary D3 framework to identify where you are now, where you want to be and the gaps that we need to conquer together to get you to an appropriate solution. I work collaboratively with you to solve problems by using industry best practices and 20+ years of experience in HR, consulting, coaching and training.
1. We get started with a 30-minute strategy session to clarify and focus on what we’ll accomplish in your VIP experience. We usually schedule this session 1-2 weeks before your VIP day so that we have adequate time to prep everything for the actual VIP day.
2. On the day of your VIP experience, we’ll work together in two sessions via Zoom. We’ll have a kickoff in the morning, then I’ll work most of the day behind-the-scenes putting together a strategy and action plan for you. We’ll meet again via Zoom in the late afternoon to debrief and answer your questions.
3. After your VIP day, you’ll have access to the recordings and any materials or resources we discussed. You’ll also get two weeks of email follow-up for any immediate questions.
4. We’ll check-in on your progress 45-days after your VIP experience with a 30-minute implementation check session. This allows you to ask any additional questions once you’re in the midst of implementing the plan we created.
